This bottle cutter is designed to cut bottles 50mm to 120mm diameter.
Construction is made from Aluminum profile case and Phenolic sheet material, also as insulating electricity.
Electric system : In put: 220 V , Out put: 24 V Which heats the resistances and secure for the operator.
8 delrin rollers, 4 of them fixed on the resistance body, 4 of them is on movable body sliding on the channels, according position of the bottle.
Sliding back support is adjustable to position the bottle.
All electronic system is placed in the box.
ON/OFF switch left side controls heat of the resistances.

Operation:

1-Place the bottle on the rollers, check rotating properly.
2-Measure length and mark place of cut line with pen.
3-Score a 2 cm line on the marked line with a glass cutter. This will enable the line to crack at an exact circle.
4-Rotate the bottle aligning the drawn line to be at centre of heating resistance.
5-Slide the back support to touch bottom of the bottle, and fix it by knobs.
6-Turn On the switch, Resistance wire will start to heat.
7-Rotate the bottle smoothly and continiously, until you notice line cracked all arround.
8-If wall thickness of bottle is not same at every section, and line is not completed fully, rotate uncracked section on the rezistance a few seconds more.
9-Surface can be fine grinded, sharp edges champhered, or polished.
