4140.10 – Pipe cooling unit

After some time of work, tube body of blowing pipes and punties get hot because of the heat transfer from the head. It is needed to be cooled to proceed with work.

This unit has a tube at the center with several holes positioned to rinse water on the pipe body, to make cooling with water.

Tank is made of stainless steel and construction is steel.

Foot pedal controls water pump as start / stop action.

Water recycling pump works in the water (as aquariums) and pumps necessary water to the holes.

Water tank dimensions: 300 x 700 x 400 mm(h),  Outer dimensions: 320 x 790 x 830 mm(h)

INSTRUCTIONS:

1- Fill the stainless steel tank with water, until 1-3 cm under the stainless steel spraying pipe.

2- Connect the electric plug to the power socket.

3- Place blowing pipe tube body on the rolling spheres.

4- Press on the foot switch to start spray water on the blowing pipe.

5- Step off the foot switch when cooling is completed.
