Glass Fusing Furnace

-Designed for Glass Fusing, Slumping, Mould shaping, Paint Fusing, Annealing  and similar applications.

-Equipped with high density insulation material, (Ceramic Fiber Board, 360kg / m3-1260 ºC). For low

energy consumption and rapid heat rise. Wall thickness 110 mm

- A1 resistance wire coils and exits placed in quartz glass tubes for the purpose of heat transfer with

radiation, homogeneous heat distribution and inhibition of resistance oxidation.

-Top opening door with Pneumatic pistons, Security lock keps the top door fixed tight with bottom body.

-Watching and ventilating holes on the front of top door.

-Advanced technology, complete mechanic modular installation, Aluminum construction and stainless

steel covered walls.

-Iron sheet, welding and paint is not used.  (There will be no decay over time)

-Straight tray furnace workplace (not sink or cavity), For Ergonomic work, Heat efficiency and

homogeneous heat distribution. Base is dense, hard and K28 isulating fire brick (IFB 2800).

-Standard Programmable 8-stage microprocessor temperature, time control unit is mounted on the

furnace and delivered with self tune tests.

-Maximum Heat 900 ºC

-Standard sizes starting from 350 x 350 x 250mm Up to 2030 x1150 x 500mm dimensions

-General production is 220V and 380V furnaces with standard dimensions. In addition, special size and

large sizes are specially designed and produced.
