HASAL Enamelling kilns are high quality kilns. They are tested under maximum working conditions.

Application areas are; enamelling, annealing, small piece fusing, silver and bronze clay, melting, various kind of hobbies, industrial, laboratory and dental purposes.

Features:

-Digital Thermostat to adjust exact temperature,

-Chamber heating system, A1 resistance wires assembled in quartz tubes, heats the chamber very effectively and quickly by direct heat transfer and radiation.

-Insulation designed for maximum energy saving and rapid heating, Walls are 50mm thick Ceramic fiber board (1260 C grade) and 25 mm Ceramic Fiber blanket. Total 75 mm of high insulation.

-Aluminium and stainless steel construction, No paint, welding, iron sheet which causes rust. Compact system can be dismantled completely.

-Parallel moving door prevents heat form user, monitoring and inspection hole, with cover to prevent heat loss and to save energy.

-Pull out stainless steel tray, for placing hot pieces.

-Timer on the control panel, with light and voice alarm.
