Main purpose is producing Enamel Cloison flat wires, Cobochon bezel flat stripes and various narrow stripes.

Machine has a robust and compact construction and made of Steel and Aluminium. Dismantled easily for maintanace.

Needle bearings reduce friction and cylinders turn very smoothly under pressure, they are self lubricating and need no maintenance.

Cylinders are fine grinded and extra hard 64 Hrc.

Precise thickness adjustment mechanism with scale 0.10 mm divisions.

Machine can be use with a handle or by cordless driver with socket bit.

Maximum sheet thickness: 2.00 mm,  Minimum sheet thickness: 0.05 mm. Thickness can be determined 0.10 mm intervals byscaled disc. Machine dimensions: 130 x 90 x 150 mm(h)
